The TP-MS616 rack mount 16 port mid span POE power sources are used for supplying POE and data to up to 16 devices multiple devices from a central location such as an operations room.

The POE devices feature a separate data-in port coupled with a data out/POE port. The POE function is fully IEEE802.3at/af compliant and supports Gigabit Ethernet.

The included PC software allows for configuration of the individual ports and for displaying port status through the RJ45 management port or network. Ports can be enabled/disabled and configured for forced POE output (Passive POE) or IEE802.3at/af detection.

POE DC Voltage (55V) is supplied on 4 pairs. Maximum power output per rack mount unit is 576W. The individual outputs are overload and short circuit protected.

The 1U rack mounting accommodates 19" racks with included brackets.

The POE-SPLT Active splitters are unique Power Over Ethernet adapters which converts a DC POE input voltage to AC or DC regulated output voltages. The output is provided on a standard 5.5mm/2.1mm barrel connector on a 14" cable or in the case of the 80W unit, on a wire terminal connector. Ethernet speeds of 10/100MB and 10/100/1000MB are available. Inputs and outputs are isolated. They have various protections for surge, short circuit, overload and overvoltage.

The TP-POE-2456D is a unique Power Over Ethernet adapter which converts a 24VDC passive POE input to an 802.3af/at 56VDC POE output. The only connections required are CAT5/6 cables. The IEEE 802.3af/at compliant POE output is capable of up to 35W power output. The POE input is 22V to 36VDC passive POE so the TP-POE-2456D is perfect for running IP POE Cameras or other POE devices from passive POE switches like the Tycon TP-SW5G-NC/TP-SW8-NC or Ubiquiti TOUGH Switch™.

The units supply power to the remote device on the unused Ethernet pins 4,5(V+) and 7,8(V-). The Ethernet spec supports distances up to 100m (328 feet).

The TP-DCDCGigabit Seriesof DC to DC converters offered by Tycon Power Systems are a low cost and high efficiency solution for those requiring IEEE802.3af and IEEE802.3at or Passive Power over Ethernet from a 12VDC or 24VDC or 48VDC voltage source like a battery system or vehicle. They have an integrated POE injector to apply the power and data output to the CAT5 Ethernet cable. The output voltage is regulated and protected. They have two isolated inputs for connecting 2 power sources, like a primary and backup power source. A metal enclosure model is available for industrial applications.
They accept gigabit data-into a shielded RJ45 Jack and provide gigabit data-out and PoE power on the shielded RJ45 output jack. They work by supplying power on the unused Ethernet pins 4,5(V+) and 7,8(V-). They have various protections for surge, short circuit and overload. The units have power outputs up to 35W.

The TP-POE Power Over Ethernet Power Sources offered by Tycon Power Systems are quality midspan power sources for years of reliable operation even in the toughest conditions. They accept data-in to a shielded RJ45 Jack and provide surge protected data-out and power on the shielded RJ45 output jack. They work by supplying power to the remote device on the unused Ethernet pins 4,5(V+) and 7,8(V-). For the "R" model the voltage is reversed. 4,5(V-) and 7,8(V+). The Ethernet spec supports distances up to 100m (328 feet).

There are models available that support 802.3af and 802.3at as well as models that support Gigabit Ethernet. The units are autoranging so that they accept AC inputs from 90VAC to 264VAC (50/60 Hz) and they supply regulated DC Voltage at the output. They have various protections for surge, short circuit, overload and overvoltage. The medium power models (TP-POE) have power output up to 24W and the high power models (TP-POE-HP) up to 50W. They are available in 18V, 24V and 48-56V DC Output with load regulation within 5%. The CI model has a special current sense LED which changes color when a POE device is plugged onto the CAT5 cable.

If the remote device does not support 802.3af or 802.3at power over Ethernet, a TP-POE-1224 802.3xx converter is available to change the POE output to passive POE with 12V or 24VDC POE output.

The TP-VR series of sealed DC to DC regulators offer high output regulation in a compact sealed enclosure. They have 12" long 18AWG leads on input and output for universal connectivity.

The Gigabit compatible TP-DCDC-2456G-VHP is a special very high power DC to DC converter / POE inserter designed especially for Ubiquiti airFiberTM antenna systems and other systems which require high power passive POE such as Axis High Power POE PTZ security cameras. The unique POE inserter supplies 56VDC POE power on all 8 Ethernet wires.

The TP-DCDC-4856GD-VHP is a special very high power DC to DC converter / POE inserter designed and qualified for use with Axis Q60 Series outdoor PTZ security cameras.

The DCDC converter supplies 35W per POE channel. One POE channel is using pins 4,5,7,8 and the other POE channel utilizes pins 1,2,3,6. By splitting the power onto separate POE channels, the device can achieve 70W total supplied power to the end device. The TP-DCDC-4856GD-VHP has separate LED indicators for indicating which 802.3at channel is being used by the client. The RIGHT LED indicates POE Channel 1 and the LEFT LED indicates POE Channel 2.

The TP-DCDC-4856GD-VHP has been qualified by Axis to be used with their Q60 series of PTZ cameras. The unit can be used with any 802.3at device as it will supply 35W to any 802.3at POE channel detected. If two channels are detected on the client then 70W power will be supplied.
