Visitor's register book holds 3,400 names on 208 pages. Each page features columns for date, name, address, time, badge number, company and address, citizen, department or person to visit, purpose of visit, time in/out and remarks. Use for factories, warehouses and large offices where a detailed record of callers must be kept. Design features a hardbound black cover with brown trim, gold foil stamping and white, heavyweight ledger paper. Each page is printed on both sides in black, red and blue.

Account record book contains numbered pages with 35 lines per page. Design features a hardbound blue cover with brown trim and gold foil stamping. Regular-paged, white writing paper is printed in blue and red ink.

Single-entry ledger book contains 150 numbered pages with 33 lines per page. Included A-Z index can be used to record names, companies and other references. Design features a hardbound blue cover with brown trim and gold foil stamping. Regular-paged, white writing paper is printed in blue and red ink.

Weekly time cards are equivalent to cards from time clock manufacturers. Format includes named days. Left side of card is for extra time, and the right side for regular time. Front side is printed in green ink. Extra-heavy material is made of 143 lb. manila stock. Time cards replace 10-800292, M-33, 33 and 1950-9305 and are designed for use with Acroprint 125R, 150R, ES700, ES900, ESP180, 175TR; Cincinnati 1000, 10000; IBM right-edge printing clocks; Lathem 4000 Series; Simplex KCF, KCG, JCG, JCP and 2500.

Weekly time cards are equivalent to time clock manufacturers' time cards. Front has named days printed in green ink. Back has space for overtime and lost time, and is printed in red ink. Time cards are made of 143 lb. manila stock and replace Card No. K14-15.
