Carbonless, continuous W-2 tax forms are used to report wages and deductions to the Social Security Administration. Four-part forms meet IRS specifications. Each set of forms includes a W-3 Transmittal of Income Wage and Tax Statement Form. Each sheet includes two forms. Detached size is 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Forms are designed for use in dot matrix printers.

Continuous W-3 Transmittal of Income Form summarizes total compensation and taxes paid out by the employer. This form must accompany W-2 Forms filed to the Social Security Administration. Detached size is 11" x 8-1/2".

Continuous 1096 Summary Transmittal Forms are used to transmit paper forms 1098, 1099, 3921, 3922, 5498 and W-2G to the IRS. Continuous forms are designed for typewriter, computer or laser printers. Two-part, carbonless sets have a detached size of 8-1/2" x 11".

Things to Do Today Pad contains big, bold, attention-getting list forms to organize your day. Each form includes preprinted prompts for the date and 12 numbered areas to write lengthy or large project descriptions. Each project has a blank box on the right side that is ready to be checked off. Pad fits on a desk or neatly into a clipboard. Pad contains 100 white bond sheets that are printed in blue ink on one side.

Weekly time cards for Pyramid 1000 and 2000 feature a Monday-through-Sunday format, overtime space and full payroll calculations. Front has the named days of week. Back offers space for overtime hours and weekly wage deductions. Both sides are printed in green. Time cards replace 331-10 and are made of extra-heavy, 143 lb. manila stock.
