Switch DisplayPort between two computers effortlessly using the Gefen 2x1 DisplayPort KVM Switcher, utilizing one display and one USB 2.0 port for keyboard and mouse. Switch audio, video and control signals for each computer by selection. Access two computers from one workstation without having to use a network. Switch through the front panel "Select" button, using the supplied IR remote control or via the RS232 port.

Interface four computers to one dual-screen workstation

The EXT-DVIK-MV-41 is the perfect solution for controlling four computers from a dual monitor workstation. The operator can observe up to 4 pictures on one screen, while a second monitor can be switched to display the picture that needs closer attention. This product is HDCP compliant, supporting input and output resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) and 1080p Full HD. The two front panel USB ports and/or Bi-Directional audio (mic and headphones/speaker) can be independently routed from any of the four computers to the workstation. Four default factory presets provide most commonly used arrangements of windows on a display, including single window output, Picture-In-Picture, Quad view, and Picture-And-Picture. The 4x1 DVI KVM Multiview Switcher is controllable via front panel, keyboard/mouse, and RS-232. An intuitive on-screen Graphical User Interface simplifies system configuration and operation. Up to 8 DVI KVM Switchers can be daisy-chained together to create an elaborate 32 computer workstation. This product is field firmware upgradable with the Gefen Syner-G™ software suite.

The Sender unit features a video output for local monitoring of the source. USB, RS-232 2-way IR, and audio can be routed independently** between any Sender and Receiver unit, allowing end-users to control any of the sources and the displays within their network. With this greatly expanded array of new cutting-edge features and performance, the new Gefen AV over IP products fully address the ever-growing needs of systems integrators.

The Receiver features a built-in scaler to help optimize the image for a variety of displays and different viewing environments. It also includes a powerful video wall controller that accommodates any screen configuration up to 16x16 and provides great flexibility in sizing and manipulating live and signage content in demanding installations. The Receiver's integrated USB hub with two USB 2.0 and two USB 1.1 ports accommodates touch panels, keyboard and mouse, and a variety of supported devices. This feature, along with analog audio inputs and outputs, make these products perfect to use in collaborative and interactive installations. To ensure maximum versatility and compatibility, the audio outputs on the Receiver units are compatible with both headphones and line level devices such as powered speakers.
