ATEN's 4th generation of KVM over IP switches exceed expectations. The KN4132VA features superior video quality (HD resolution of 1920 x 1200), FIPS 140-2 with level 1 security standards and virtual media transmissions at twice the speed. The KN series provides local console and remote over IP access for users to monitor and access their entire data center over a network. In addition, it offers out-of-band access with external modem support for BIOSlevel troubleshooting when the network is down.

The KH1532A KVM switches are control units that allow IT administrators to access and control multiple computers from a single PS/2 or USB KVM console (keyboard, monitor, and mouse). Operators can take control of up to 32 (KH1532A) computers. By daisy chaining up to 31 additional switches, as many as 1024 computers can be controlled from a central KVM console.

These switches have been designed with unique and powerful features that enable administrators to manage their entire server room and data center devices easily and conveniently.

ID, port name, OS, keyboard language, and more. This feature allows administrators to relocate servers to different ports without having to reconfigure the adapters. The KH1516A KVM switches are control units that allow IT administrators to access and control multiple computers from a single PS/2 or USB KVM console (keyboard, monitor, and mouse). Operators can take control of up to 16 computers. By daisy chaining up to 31 additional switches, as many as 512 computers can be controlled from the original KVM console.

The KH1508i allows one user to control 8 computer - PC and/or Sun, as well as serial controlled 'terminal' ports. That user can be local or remote, using an integrated, shared IP connection. Through daisy chain architecture, additional non-IP enabled switches such as the KH1508 or KH1516 can be used to expand the number of computers controlled; custom ASIC (patent pending) auto senses the switch positioning the daisy chain. Cat5 cabling to the computers reduces cable bulk and allows the computers to be located up to 130 feet from the switch for convenient placement. These models are exceptionally affordable IP-enabled Cat5 equipped switches with high video quality, excellent security, and the features most in demand.
