Juniper Networks CTP Series Circuit to Packet Platforms provide the advanced technology and features required to reliably transport time- division multiplexing and other circuit-based applications across next-generation IP/MPLS networks. The CTP Series has the field-proven flexibility, performance and reliability required for circuit applications.

The CTP Series technology includes many advanced clocking options and per-circuit buffers to enable end-to-end timing and the removal of jitter to create a psuedowire across the IP/MPLS network. The CTP Series enables customers to connect digital and analog voice applications easily and reliably across the IP network using circuit emulation over IP, bringing them the advantages of converged multiservice IP networking without the complexities and cost of upgrades required for VoIP. The CTP Series bridges the legacy and IP world and provides many unique features that enable cost reduction by eliminating point-to-point circuits and convergence of all applications onto one IP/MPLS network.

Product Description

With the ongoing deployment of IP networks, the efficiency and cost-savings gains of IP are being realized for a variety of applications and functions. Largely left out of this evolution have been the circuit-based applications such as time- division multiplexing (TDM) leased line and voice private branch exchange (PBX) connections, serial encryption connections, and analog and digital radio systems networking, because their synchronous transport requirements are not addressed by a packet-based network. The Juniper Networks® CTP Series Circuit to Packet Platforms enable customers to connect these circuit-based applications easily and reliably across the IP network, bringing them the advantages of converged multiservice IP networking.

The CTP Series includes the Juniper Networks CTP151, CTP2008, CTP2024, CTP2056 Circuit to Packet Platforms, and the Juniper Networks CTPView Network Management System. ACX7100 Product Offering

The ACX7100 Router comes in two models, each equipped to address the challenges and opportunities of the 5G, IoT, and cloud era:

• ACX7100-32C: The ACX7100-32C provides full duplex ASIC throughput of 4.8 Tbps in a 1 U fixed platform designed for applications that require dense fan-out in a small, power-efficient footprint. It supports 32 ports of 100GbE and 4 ports of 400GbE QSFP56-DD, including MACsec support on all ports.

• ACX7100-48L: The ACX7100-48L provides full duplex ASIC throughput of 4.8 Tbps in a 1 U fixed platform designed for applications that require dense fan-out in a small, power-efficient footprint. It supports cloud-inspired service rates, and port-by-port configuration of native 10GbE (SFP+), 25GbE (SFP28), and 50GbE (SFP56) on all 48 service ports, including 6 ports of 400GbE QSFP56-DD for granular aggregation in metro, large enterprise, and data center applications.

Featuring complete Layer 2 and basic Layer 3 switching capabilities, the Juniper Networks® EX2200 line of fixed configuration Ethernet switches satisfies the branch and low-density wiring closet connectivity requirements of today's high-performance businesses. Four platform configurations are available offering 24 and 48 10/100/1000BASE-T ports with or without Power over Ethernet (PoE). The PoE-enabled EX2200 models include a maximum system budget of 405W to deliver up to 15.4 watts of standards-based 802.3af Class 3 PoE on all ports for supporting networked devices such as telephones, video cameras, and wireless LAN (WLAN) access points in converged networks. EX2300 and EX2300-C Ethernet Switches deliver a compact, high-density, cost-effective solution for small network environments where space and power are at a premium. Featuring a small, 1U footprint, the EX2300 and EX2300-C are ideal for access-layer deployments in micro branches, retail and workgroup environments, and converged network access in larger networks.

The EX2300 offers 24 10/100/1000BASE-T ports in a single platform, while the EX2300-C offers 12 10/100/1000BASE-T ports. Both models are available with or without IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) or 802.3at PoE+ for powering attached network devices. Optional front panel 10GbE uplink ports support connections to higher-layer devices.

Both models support Juniper's unique Virtual Chassis technology, enabling up to four of the switches to be interconnected and managed as a single device. Both models can also act as satellite devices in a Juniper Junos Fusion Enterprise deployment, which combines large numbers of access switches into a logical management platform.
