The HP A5500G EI Switch Series is comprised of Layer 2/3 Gigabit Ethernet switches that can accommodate the most demanding applications and provide resilient and secure connectivity as well as the latest traffic prioritization technologies to enhance applications on convergent networks. With complete IPv4/IPv6 dual stack support, the series provides investment protection with an easy transition from IPv4 to IPv6 networks. Designed for increased flexibility, these switches are available with 24 or 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports. Power over Ethernet (PoE) and non-PoE models are available with optional GbE and 10 GbE expansion capability. The all-fiber model with dual power supplies is ideal for applications that require the highest availability.

The HP 5920 Switch Series is made up of high-density 10 GbE, ultra-deep packet buffering, top-of-rack (ToR) switches. The series switches are part of the HP FlexFabric solution module of the HP FlexNetwork architecture and are ideally suited for deployments at the server access layer of large enterprise data centers. They are also designed for content delivery networks, especially when used to eliminate network congestion at the I/O that is associated with the heavy use of server virtualization, as well as bursty multimedia, storage applications, and other critical services. With the increase in virtualized applications and server-to-server traffic, customers now require ToR switch innovations that will meet their needs for higher-performance server connectivity, convergence of Ethernet and storage traffic, the capability to handle virtual environments, and ultra-deep packet buffering all in a single device.

The HP 1910 Switch Series are advanced smart-managed fixed-configuration Gigabit and Fast Ethernet switches designed for small businesses in an easy-to-administer solution. By utilizing the latest design in silicon technology, this series is one of the most powerefficient in the market.
The series has 13 models: eight gigabit and five Fast Ethernet. 8-, 16-, 24-, and 48-port 10/100/1000 models are equipped with additional Gigabit SFP ports for fiber connectivity; in addition to non-PoE models, the 8- and 24-port gigabit models are available with two different levels of PoE, or without. The 10/100 models are available with 8, 24 and 48 ports, and come with two additional combo uplink ports; the 8- and 24-port fast ethernet models are available with or without PoE.

With Intelligent Resilient Fabric (IRF) support and available dual power supplies, the HP 5500 HI Switch Series can deliver the highest levels of resiliency and manageability. In addition, the PoE+ models provide up to 1,440 W of PoE+ power with the dual power supply configuration.
