Ergonomics

• Fixed-split design positions the arms at approximately shoulder-width to keep wrists straight and perpendicular to the home row to reduce abduction and ulnar deviation.
• The low-profile case and mechanical switches (0.75" tall) reduce stressful bending of the wrists. Pair it with a 3rd party "wrist rest" for even more support.
• The integrated Windows Precision Touchpad makes it easy to point, click, scroll and Gesture without having to reach for a mouse and strain your neck and shoulders.
• Low profile mechanical switches are low force (50g) and full-travel (3.2mm)for less finger strain and fewer impact

Aluminum Case

The Form is CNC machined from premium aluminum giving it incredible strength and durability, but without the excess weight. Perfect for tossing in a travel bag or suitcase.

Bluetooth or USB

The Form features multi-channel Bluetooth so you can pair it with 2 different devices (PC, Tablet, Smart Phone, Smart TV etc) and toggle between then with the flip of a switch. If you prefer a wired connection, simply use the included USB-C to USB-A cable to connect to any device with a full-size USB port.

Backlighting

To support gaming and working in low-light environments, the Form features global white backlighting with 4 brightness settings. To extend battery life, the backlight can be disabled with a simple command.

Sleek, low-profile design
Most keyboards including ergonomic models have a 10 degree positive slope from front to back. These designs tend to bend your wrists. The Freestyle2 has a zero degree slope which minimizes the height, effectively creating negative slope and reducing wrist extension. The slim design provides a 2-in-1 office and travel keyboard.

Accommodates a wide range of individuals
From small to tall and body types in between, the Freestyle2 allows for maximum flexibility catering to each individual's unique needs. Out of the box both modules are connected together by a flexible pivot tether allowing an infinite range of splay. Disconnecting the pivot tether allows up to 9 or 20 inches of complete separation of both left and right keying modules. Perfect for individual needs ranging from a narrow footprint to complete separation. This design greatly reduces and or/eliminates ulnar deviation.

Low-force, tactile key switches
The Freestyle2 utilizes a quiet, low-force, tactile membrane key switch. The typical average maximum key force of a switch is 45 grams. This is at least 25% less than most traditional and many ergonomic keyboards such as the Microsoft 4000 with maximum key forces of over 60 grams.

2-Port 2.0 USB hub
The 2-port 2.0 USB hub enables you to easily connect other input devices such as mice without having to access USB ports on your computer.

Left side driverless hot keys
Driverless hot keys for commonly used mouse actions. (Internet Page Forward and Back, Beginning of Line, End of Line, Cut, Undo, Copy, Select All and Paste). A vertical rib is located on the inside row of hot keys to provide tactile notification to the user

Standard key layout
Familiar key layout provides for minimal adaptation time.

Optional palm supports
Optional padded palm supports reduce wrist extension by keeping wrists neutral.

Ergonomic Features

• Concave keywells are scooped into a bowl shape to reduce hand and finger extension and relax muscles.
• Separating the keywells positions the arms at shoulder-width to keep wrists straight and perpendicular to the home row to reduce abduction and ulnar deviation.
• The keys are arranged in vertical columns (rather than staggered) to better reflect the natural motion of your fingers.
• The two keywells are "tented" to moderately raising the thumb side of the hand. Tenting puts you in a more neutral, "handshake" posture and reduces the stresses caused by forearm pronation. Choose from one of three heights depending on your preferences.
• The integrated palm supports reduce stressful bending of the wrists and provide a convenient place to rest your hands when you are not actively typing. Add the new premium pads for even more support (AC360PP Sold Separately).
• The thumb clusters include frequently-used keys such as Enter, Space, Backspace, and Delete to redistribute the workload away from your relatively weaker and overused little fingers to stronger thumbs.
• The Advantage360 may look big, but it actually has a smaller footprint than most keyboards because we eliminated the numeric 10-key so you can place the mouse closer to your body, reducing painful "over-reach".
• Functions keys are located in the number row and accessed via the Fn Key for reduced reach and enhanced portability.

Mechanical Key Switches - Brown Tactile

• Gateron Brown stem low-force tactile key switches. "Tactility" is a slightly elevated force around the midpoint of the stroke of the key which lets you know the switch is about to be activated. A tactile response is preferred by many ergonomists, because it cues your fingers that activation is about to occur and can reduce the frequency of "bottoming out" the switch with a hard impact.
