The B020-U16-19-IP NetDirector 16-Port 1U Rack-Mount Console IP KVM Switch combines a 16-port KVM switch, keyboard, touch pad, numeric keypad, 19-inch LCD and built-in IP remote access into a compact housing that stores neatly in 1U of rack space. Ideal for data centers, server rooms and other environments with multiple servers, the B020-U16-19-IP lets you handle complex problems without needing to be on-site, which saves money and time.

You can control up to 16 servers or computers directly from the KVM switch or remotely from anywhere else via LAN, WAN or the Internet, including system administration, BIOS-level troubleshooting, GUI application installations and equipment reboots. The built-in 19-inch monitor supports VGA video resolution up to 1280 x 1024 (@ 75 Hz). Compatible with both USB and PS/2 connections using the included cable kits, the KVM switch allows you to select a connected computer using console buttons or keyboard hotkeys. It supports IPv4 and IPv6, as well as Link Local IPv6 Address and Stateless Auto Configuration protocol.

The B020-U16-19-IP is compatible with all major operating systems and web browsers. Three levels of password protection, as well as advanced encryption and activity logging, keep your confidential data secure. You can create up to 64 user accounts, which can communicate and manage port access through a message board. An external USB port lets you connect a flash drive or card reader to share external data among connected computers.

Tripp Lite's B021-000-19 1U Rackmount Console features an integrated 19" LCD display, full 88-key keyboard and touch pad, all in a 1U rackmountable housing. The included KVM cable kit allows for connection to a PS/2 computer or KVM, and a PS/2 to USB adapter is included, which can be used to connect to a USB computer or KVM. The unit features a USB 2.0 pass-through port for connection of a USB peripheral, such as a flash drive, CAC card reader, etc.. The B021-000-19-HD2 1U Rack-Mount Console combines a full keyboard, numeric keypad, touchpad and 19-inch color LCD for easy all-in-one control of a computer, server or KVM switch. Easy to install and simple to operate, it slides neatly into 1U of rack space when not in use.

The rear DVI-I console port supports both digital and analog video signals for connecting to a DVI- or VGA-enabled server or KVM switch (a DVI to VGA adapter is included). The LCD screen supports video resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 (1080p). Video settings of the connected computer are automatically adjusted for optimal display on the LCD screen. USB 2.0 pass-through ports on the front and rear allow you to connect a USB peripheral, such as a flash drive or CAC card reader, to your computer with a USB cable (sold separately).

The B021-000-19-HD2 mounts into 1U of space in an EIA-standard 19-inch rack using the included mounting brackets and user-supplied screws. Simply pull out the steel drawer and flip up the screen when needed, then slide it back into the rack in automatic sleep mode when you're finished. This keeps the keyboard and screen from blocking access to rack equipment when the console is not in use.

This console is compatible with all major operating systems and KVM switches with a VGA or DVI monitor port and USB keyboard/mouse ports. This enables the B021-000-19-HD2 to be integrated into an existing system to provide secure management of critical network systems without a major investment in new hardware.
