Swing Handles Come with 4-Digit Combo Lock and SFIC Lock Core

The SRCOMBO4SFIC fits SmartRack enclosure door assemblies equipped with handles. Replacement swing handles for front and rear doors are included. They replace the rack cabinet's existing door handles using the included mounting hardware. The four-digit combination lock with up to 10,000 different

Rack/Spot AC Unit Focuses Cold Air Where It's Most Needed

Close-coupled air-conditioning delivers cold air near heat loads to discourage recirculation and increase energy efficiency. An included 71-inch flexible hose lets you aim the cold air to a specific spot, such as an overheated server rack or an equipment hot spot. Hot air exits through a window or drop ceiling via an included exhaust kit. An upgraded hot air exhaust fan maintains effectiveness even under a high heat load. The unit also dehumidifies and filters the air, providing better air quality that can enhance operating conditions and equipment reliability.

With a 100-percent duty cycle, the SRCOOL12K can run continuously without costly downtime. It uses copper tubing that is stronger than the aluminum tubing used in most consumer cooling units. The evaporator expels the condensed water through the directional exhaust duct, eliminating the need for a drain tube, drain pan or water collection tank and saving you time and money. Upgraded firmware allows the compressor to cycle on and off while the evaporator fan stays on to prevent icing in high-humidity environments.

Install the optional SRCOOLNETLX network module (sold separately) to monitor temperatures, receive alerts, review logs and control settings from anywhere, anytime, via SNMP, web browser, SSH, telnet or command line interface. The SRCOOL5KWRM42U uses environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant to focus cold air directly into the rack to efficiently cool equipment. Variable fan speed adjusts the cooling output to the need of the IT load to prevent on/off cycling and large temperature swings. The rack is delivered with a full set of 1U blanks pre-installed on the rack's front rails, which funnels the cold air through the IT equipment only. The 1U blanks should only be removed to install IT equipment in order to optimize the flow of cold air through IT equipment from the front of the rack to the rear of the rack. A color touchscreen LCD allows convenient status monitoring and diagnostics right at your fingertips.

Features 3 User-Selectable Condensate Removal Methods

You may choose from three condensate removal methods. Condensate evaporation is defaulted (1), but you may re-configure it to water pump removal (2) or gravity condensate removal (3) if your location has a water drain nearby. In case of a leak, the SRCOOL5KWRM42U includes internal leak detection, which will automatically turn off the cooling system to prevent condensate from entering the rack.

Emergency Vent Allows Hot Air to Vent Out During Power Emergencies

The emergency fallback ventilation system activates in the case of a cooling failure and if the inside rack temperature reaches 104°F (40°C). The emergency vents have embedded thermal sensors, which trigger the vents to open, allowing the hot air to escape the rack and protect critical IT equipment from overheating. If the emergency vents open, an alert will be sent to notify the IT manager.

The SRDRAWER4U SmartRack® 4U Locking Rack-Mount Storage Drawer is a convenient way to keep tools, cables, notes and essential accessories for your rack-mounted equipment at your fingertips. Constructed using cold-rolled steel with a durable black powder-coated finish, this rack-mount drawer has a maximum load capacity of 50 pounds.

Recommended for quick storage in your data center, wiring closet, back office or anywhere else you keep rack equipment, the SRDRAWER4U mounts to your EIA-standard 19-inch 2-post or 4-post rack using the included hardware. It locks securely with the included keys to help prevent damage, tampering or theft. When not in use, the 4U drawer slides smoothly into the rack, out of the way until the next time you need a quick screwdriver or patch cable.
