Plugable Thunderbolt 3 to Dual DisplayPort Output Display Adapter for Thunderbolt 3 Windows Systems - (Windows Only, Not Mac Compatible, Supports Two 4K 60Hz Monitors Or One 5K)
Leveraging 40Gbps of bandwidth made possible by Intel's Thunderbolt 3 technology, Plugable's Dual DisplayPort Adapter enables users to connect two additional displays with native graphics performance. Supports up to two additional 4K displays (or a single 5k display) with 60Hz refresh rates. Thunderbolt 3-attached displays tap directly into the power of your system's GPU to enable high-performance, low-latency output without utilizing additional system resources.
Learn More
Not all Thunderbolt 3 systems are compatible with dual display graphics adapters.
Compatible Systems
For both graphics adapter outputs to function, system manufacturer must have routed two DisplayPort lines to the Thunderbolt 3 port(s). This is an engineering decision made by your system manufacturer. Currently only Dell and HP Thunderbolt 3 systems meet this requirement but more compatible Thunderbolt 3 systems are expected in the future.
Tested/validated with:
Dell XPS 13 9350 & XPS 15 9550
HP Elite X2 1012 G1
Requires updated system BIOS, Thunderbolt 3 drivers, and Thunderbolt 3 firmware installed on host system.
Non-compatible Systems
Will not function when attached to a non-Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port
As mentioned above, most current non-Dell, non-HP Thunderbolt 3 systems are not compatible due to a limited number of DisplayPort lines routed to the Thunderbolt 3 port.
Usage with non-DisplayPort Displays
Conversion to HDMI/DVI /VGA can only be done with active adapters (not inexpensive DP++ passive adapters).

And because it's Thunderbolt Certified, it can be used as a Thunderbolt 3 cable in your Thunderbolt 3 dock-and that's true for USB-C and USB4, too.
240W Extended Power Range
When we say this cord offers Extended Power Range (EPR), we mean it can carry up to 240W, unlike previous generations of cables that max out at 100W.
For many, this will be considered a usb c charger cable fast charging option. And that's no surprise, because with 240W, you can power just about any laptop on the market, and those to come.
As more devices begin to integrate EPR functionality, you'll find this cable has you future-proofed.
Thunderbolt Certified
Often overlooked, the cables connecting our computers to their peripherals have an important part to play. That's why our Thunderbolt 4 EPR cables are Thunderbolt Certified, it's the only official way to ensure you're getting complete compatibility and reliability. That means this data transfer cable with speeds up to 40Gbps, 240W 48V/5A EPR, is backward compatibility with previous generations of Thunderbolt and USB.
Future-Proof with Thunderbolt 4
Thunderbolt 4, USB4, or USBC to USBC cable, what is it? All of the above. And a little more.
This cable is Thunderbolt 4 certified, and that comes with some incredible benefits. Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, USB4, or USB-C, it doesn't matter, the Plugable Thunderbolt 4 EPR cable will work. Even at a full meter (3.3ft), you won't see a decrease in performance.
It should be noted that actual performance is determined by the capabilities of the host and peripheral(s). -
Plugable Thunderbolt 4 Cable Right Angle 40Gbps with 240W EPR Charging, 8K Display, Intel Certified - 2.6 Feet (80CM) Compatible with USB4, Thunderbolt 3, USB C, iPad, MacBook, Windows
The Plugable Thunderbolt 4 240W Cable with Right Angle Connector (TBT4-240W-80CMR) is the standard for professional-grade connectivity and power delivery ( PD ). But how important is a "professional grade" cord? More than you might think. Connecting a laptop to a docking station, SSD, or any other accessory is only as efficient as the weakest link in the chain. A low-quality cable will severely limit compatibility, the flow of data, and power between the linked devices. Even something as simple as charging your phone can be slowed by a low-quality cable. That's where the TBT4-240W-80CMR Cable Thunderbolt 4 stands out from the crowd.
Let's get right to the feature that sets this right angle USB C cable apart - the connector. The elegant elbow is ideal in tight spots when a traditional connection would stick out too far or be under too much tension. It also comes in handy when connecting docking stations to keep your cable routed to the back of the laptop and out of the way.
