This input tray supports up to 2000 sheets of 20 lb paper, 60-300 gsm.

Location

This input option is installed directly below a 550-Sheet Tray and includes casters. This tray raises the printer to the correct height to support a 1250-Sheet Staple Hole Punch Finisher or 2250-Sheet Booklet Staple Hole Punch Finisher.

Sensing

Detects if the paper tray is present, and if paper is present or low.

Media Support

Only Letter paper size is supported for card stock and various plain, recycled or bond papers in this tray.

Considerations

Can be used with the 1500-Sheet High-Capacity Tray, but not with a 2x550-Sheet Tray.

This stapler offers single (long or short edge corner) and dual-position (long or short edge) stapling for up to 50 sheets of paper. The output bin supports up to 500 sheets of paper, and offers offset stacking to easily separate copies and/or print jobs.

Sensing

Sensors detect if the staple cartridge is present, low, or empty, and if the output bin is full.

Considerations

Cannot be used with either the 1250-Sheet Staple Hole Punch Finisher or 2250-Sheet Booklet Staple Hole Punch Finisher.

Location

The Inline Staple Finisher attaches to the output bin on top of the printer. The stapler allows for multi-position stapling in a compact footprint.

Media Support

Supports the same sizes, weights and types of media that the printer supports. Long edge for Letter and A4 only, and short edge for all other media.

This unit supports A4, A5 (long edge fed), Folio, Letter, Legal and Oficio sizes. Paper (16 to 32 lb., 60 to 120 gsm) may be used from this tray.

Paper size, tray-present sensing and tray- low and tray-empty sensing are supported.

Ideal for frequent envelope printing. This tray installs beneath the printer or MFP and supports 60 envelopes (20 to 28 lb., 75 to 105 gsm bond) in 7?, 9, 10, B5, C5 and DL Sizes. Fits within the printer's existing footprint.
