MakerBot METHOD Extruders are built for high-speed printing without compromising part accuracy. The Model 2XA Extruder is optimized for printing with RapidRinse and SR-30 - two ABS-compatible dissolvable support materials.

This is version 1.5 which includes a removable cap and set screw - allowing you to manually replace the nozzle and PTFE tube assembly to more easily and affordably extend your extruder's life.

The Composite Extruder for Method brings all the benefits of printing Nylon Carbon Fiber Parts to the MakerBot Method 3D printer. Ideal for structural applications and metal replacement parts.

Carbon fiber reinforced nylon is optimized for high strength, stiffness, and heat resistance making it ideal for structural applications and metal replacements.
