The ComNet™ FVT/FVR1010SHR series of optical video links provides 10-bit digital video, 6.5 Mhz bandwidth, medium haul video quality, one bi-directional data channel and a "Dual Optical Port" (DOP) Self-Healing Ring (SHR) topology. Up to (8) video transmitters and multiple video receivers can be "Daisy Chained" on one optical fiber.

The Self-Healing Ring (SHR) topology using the Dual Optical Ports (DOP) provide fail safe operation in the event of loss of one fiber or one optical module. Each optical port uses wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) to both transmit and receive on one optical fiber. The data channel supports RS232, RS422 and 2 wire and 4 wire RS485. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation and no electrical or optical adjustments are ever required. Bi-color (Red/Green) LED indicators are provided for confirming operating status. Packaged in the exclusive ComNet ComFit housing, these units may be either wall or rack-mounted, or may be DIN-rail mounted by the addition of ComNet model DINBKT1 adaptor plate.

The ComNet FVT/FVR1001 series video transmitter/ receiver supports the transmission of short-haul quality 10-bit digitally encoded video over one multimode or single mode optical fiber. This module is universally compatible with major CCTV camera manufacturers.

The ComNet™ FVR10 video receiver detects an AM video signal on one multimode optical fiber. The receiver utilizes Manual Gain Control and is compatible with the ComNet FVT11M and the FVT20 transmitters. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation requiring no electrical or optical adjustments.

The ComNet™ FTA/FRA2C1 Series audio multiplexer provides the transmission of two audio signals and one contact closure over one multimode or single mode optical fiber. A bidirectional model, FXA2C1(M,S)1, is also available. The modules use 24-bit 96kHz sample rate digital encoding for superior transmission of balanced line-level audio. Plugand-play design ensures ease of installation and no electrical or optical adjustments are required. Bi-color LED indicators confirm operational status. Packaged in the exclusive ComNet ComFit housing, these units may be either wall or rack mounted.
