Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Corrects Low- and High-Voltage Conditions
Built-in AVR corrects abnormal voltage conditions without using the battery. The SM5000RT3UTAA maintains regulated 208/120V nominal output during brownouts and over-voltages from 151V to 260V while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in case of power failure.

Managed NEMA Outlets Protect Your Connected Components
One L14-30R, one L6-30R, two 5-20R, and ten 5-15R outlets provide connected equipment with pure sine wave AC output and allow you to monitor total power consumption. Power provided by these outlets is filtered to protect connected equipment against damaging surges and line noise. Eight 5-15R outlets are individually programmable load banks that let you shed non-critical loads to extend runtime for critical loads. Rear cooling fans help protect the UPS from overheating.

NEMA 5-15R Outlets and Controllable Load Banks Protect Connected Components

The other five 5-15R outlets provide surge suppression only for desk lamps, speakers and other equipment regarded as non-essential during a blackout. Eaton's remote monitoring application enables individual control of two switchable load banks, allowing them to be powered on, off, or cycled remotely. This remote functionality facilitates the rebooting of equipment that is not responding, thereby eliminating the need for expensive and time-consuming on-site visit.

Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Corrects Low- and High-Voltage Conditions

AVR protects your equipment from incremental hardware damage, data loss and performance problems caused by brownouts and overvoltages. The SMART1000LCDTNC can correct brownouts as low as 92V and overvoltages as high as 150V back to nominal 120V power continuously, all while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in case of power failure.

Four outlets are surge-only to connect peripherals not requiring battery backup, such as a printer or desk lamp. One battery- and surge-supported master outlet controls the energy-saving outlets and reports the wattage drawn by the PC or other connected device. If the device connected to the master outlet shuts down or enters standby, the three energy-saving outlets also turn off.

The SMART1000PSGLCD is purpose-built for gaming, including RGB color LEDs you can program yourself.
