These cabinets are available with or without internal batteries. No internal batteries are included with the S3M100K. A one-touch cold-start button powers up the UPS with battery power only.

Remote Network Monitoring and Control Available 24 Hours a Day

The optional Java-free WEBCARDLXMINI network management card (sold separately) enables remote management through embedded HTML5 web, SSH/telnet and SNMP interfaces, as well as integration with a wide range of network management systems and DCIM platforms. WEBCARDLXMINI also supports EnviroSense2 (sold separately), which monitors temperature, humidity and other environmental factors. Three MODBUS ports (RS-485, USB, RS-232) may also be used to monitor and manage the UPS. A Remote Emergency Power Off (REPO) port allows shutdown from a safe distance during emergencies.

It isolates the UPS and connected components from line surges and spikes caused by utility power disruptions that can damage equipment or corrupt data. The step-down input isolation transformer is ideal for 4-wire (3Ph+N+PE) IT loads in government, manufacturing, healthcare and corporate settings with a 600V electrical feed and 208/120V equipment.

Not only is the S3MT-100K600V very efficient, with up to 97.7 percent efficiency, but it is also very quiet with a noise profile less than 65 dBA.
