The PS-606-HGDG features four NEMA 5-15R-HG "green dot" hospital-grade outlets that supply power to medical equipment used inside patient care vicinities, including operating rooms, therapy rooms and imaging environments. It meets UL 2930 standards with a NEMA 5-15P-HG plug that provides redundant ground connection. The innovative input plug eliminates the need for an additional ground wire, which reduces cable clutter, the potential shock risk and risk of tripping to a patient in the event of a ground fault.

Built-in mounting flanges and integrated keyhole slots let you mount the all-metal housing to benches, stands, mobile carts, IV poles or any other areas containing multiple cord-and-plug-connected medical electrical equipment used in patient care vicinities.

The PS-415-HG-OEM Medical-Grade Power Strip supplies power to movable plug-connected components mounted to a rack, table or pedestal in operating rooms, patient-care vicinities, therapy rooms, imaging environments and administrative areas. Compliant with UL 1363A specifications, this 120V, 50/60 Hz power strip features a NEMA 5-15P-HG hospital-grade plug and four NEMA 5-15R-HG hospital-grade outlets.

The power strip is protected by a patented antimicrobial powder coating with EPA-registered and FDA-compliant silver ionic technology. The antimicrobial surface protection is 99.9 percent effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria, such as C. diff and MRSA, and reducing the risk of HAIs in hospitals and other medical environments. The coating meets the requirements of JIS Z 2801:2000, an international standard for evaluating efficacy in antimicrobial products.

Two built-in resettable 15A circuit breakers control power to all outlets and protect the power strip against overloads. Switchless design prevents the unit from being accidentally shut off. The 15 ft. power cord provides ample reach to the power source.

Mounting tabs and flanges let you install the PS-415-HG-OEM on a wide variety of surfaces, such as IV poles, mobile carts, crash carts and mobile medical workstations. The all-metal housing ensures safety and is guaranteed to last a long time in demanding environments.

This power strip features an electronic two-digit load monitor that lets you know if the strip is close to reaching or exceeding National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 99 standards ("The sum of the ampacity of all appliances connected to the outlets does not exceed 75 percent of the ampacity of the flexible cord supplying the outlets."). If the rated cord current exceeds the NFPA 99 limit, the load monitor flashes and switches colors to catch your attention from a distance without creating alarm fatigue.

Power strip offers a simple method of power distribution in workbench, wall-mount or floor-mount applications. Keyhole mounting tabs allow convenient installation in a wide variety of applications. Corded, six-outlet design reduces cable clutter and enables the connection of multiple electrical devices to a single AC wall socket. Unfiltered electrical pass-through can be safely used with UPS or generator power. Power strip also features a master on/off switch, circuit breaker and an attractive gray color scheme.
