The letter-size notebook features a durable navy poly cover and comes with 60 legal/wide-ruled sheets of specially punched paper; three tabbed dividers; 105 stick-on flags for labeling and highlighting; two 30-sheet, ruled, stick-on task pads for lists and memos; and a clear, dual-pocket, poly sheet protector to separate and hold papers. Popular message pad with pink bond sheets helps important messages to stand out on a desk. Design offers efficient message-taking when duplicate copies are not required. Each page includes one note printed in black ink. Each "While You Were Out" note includes an "Urgent" box at the top to check for critical messages. Other boxes to check are for telephoned, "came to see you," "returned your call," please call, will call again and "wants to see you." The other prompts include recipient, date, time, caller, caller's company, phone, cell/fax, message-takers signature, and nine lines to write a message. Each pad includes 50 sheets that are glue-bound at the top.

Time cards feature a weekly format and show payroll data at card bottom. Offer columns for day, job description, hours, rate amount and totals.
