Simple to setup and use, the XD3-40d also benefits from tool-less printhead and platen replacement to ensure uptime is maximised. Product or asset labelling, Document management, patient and quest identification, Shipping and logistics printing, the XD3-series offers a balance of cost and performance, including print speed, tear and peel media handling, plus networked options.

The XD3-40d is a 4-inch (118mm) Direct Thermal Desktop Barcode and Label Printer featuring a compact design, key industry features and competitive pricing, ideal for labelling applications within Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing and Logistics markets. The XD3-40d standard model offers quick data processing and print speeds up to 5 ips (127mm/sec) at 203 dpi to produce high quality text, graphics and barcodes to labelling media.

Supporting a stand-alone configuration with a visual LED and a media roll diameter up to 127mm. The XD3-40d offering easy paper loading with adjustable paper guide and plus holder, alongside an optional peeler, plus an external paper supply. For added simplicity, the label printer also offers simple toolless maintenance of the roller and print head.

Available with USB interface as standard and optional USB V2.0 + Serial + Ethernet. The XD3-40d is compatible with market-leading programming languages including SLCS, BPL-Z™ and BPL-E™, while supporting Smart Switch Programming Languages to allow for seamless integration into legacy and current installations. The XD3 series is also accompanied with comprehensive SDKs for Windows and Linux, alongside compatibility with label design software including BIXOLON's Label Artist-II™ and BarTender®. While backed by a 2 year warranty as standard.

Multiple connectivity options including USB 2.0 as standard, plus optional USB + Serial + Ethernet. Flexible core ribbon handling for 1/2-inch and 1-inch options (74m and 300m). While accompanied with an optional field-installable Peeler and an external paper supply, the label printer offers an adjustable paper guide plus holder and space for a media roll diameter of up to 127mm.

The XD3-40t is compatible with market-leading programming languages including SLCS™, BPL-Z™ and BPL-E™ and provides Smart Switch language programming without having to set the mode. Harmonizing with label design software including BIXOLON's Label Artist-II™ and BarTender® UltraLite for BIXOLON.
