G520 Overview

The G520 series offers LTE CAT 4 and 5G cellular gateways to protect your long-term IoT application investment. Designed for industrial applications with built-in security to help prevent cyber-attacks, the G520 delivers a robust and reliable solution for the most mission-critical applications. The G520 series devices come pre-enabled with the easy-to-use ConsoleFlow™ device management and cellular Connectivity Services cloud platform applications to increase operational efficiency directly. The LS Series offers a small footprint and hardened temperature rating plus cloud-based management making this new PoE++ switch ideal for IoT and IP devices throughout smart buildings or in rugged environments.

The LSS2200-8P is a managed Layer 2+ Gigabit Ethernet switch offering (8) 1GBase-T interfaces with full IEEE 802.3bt 90W support, (2) 10/5/2.5/1GBase-T multi-gigabit SFP+ slots, (2) programmable Digital Input/Outputs with 12V power output, and (1) RJ-45 console port. The switch accepts simplified transfer of pre-configurations through the LSS2200-8P Mobile App using Near Field Communications (NFC) prior to power up or dispatch, saving valuable time at the installation site.

The device comes pre-enabled with easy-to-use LantronixConsoleFlow™ device management for the Cloud, which allows users to find specific switches, check device properties and scan through telemetry status data in real time from anywhere.

This switch offers 720W total PoE budget for powering LED lighting, high-powered security and surveillance cameras and other IP devices. Its small footprint and hardened temperature rating make it ideal for powering IP devices distributed throughout a building.

The LSS2200-8P also incorporates Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for wireless CLI without requiring physical access to troubleshoot, configure, or reset the device. Cloud management and APIs for integrating with building management systems make the switch very easy to deploy and manage and simplifies configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of devices to help lower construction and maintenance costs.
