The ComNet™ Ethernet internal mounted media converters are designed to transmit and receive 10/100 Mbps data over multimode or single mode optical fiber. The electrical interface will Auto-Negotiate to a 10 Mbps, or 100 Mbps Ethernet rate without any adjustments. The optical interface operates at a 100 Mbps Ethernet rate. These media converters are environmentally hardened to operate in extreme temperatures. LED indicators are provided for rapidly ascertaining equipment operating status. The CNFE1/X do not have a metal enclosure and are designed to be incorporated within a device.

The ComNet™ CNFE1RPT is an Ethernet repeater supporting up to 60 watts of Pass- through PoE, providing a simple and cost-effective way to extend Ethernet signals beyond the standard Ethernet 328 foot (100 meter) limit. The CNFE1RPT can be used to double the distance to 656 feet (200 meters) or multiple units can be combined in series with each unit providing an additional 328 feet (100 meters). The CNFE1RPT is powered by pass-through PoE from a PoE switch or midspan injector, requiring no local power. Low power consumption ensures that maximum power is made available to the remote PD device. Available in standard configuration, which passes through the PoE to the next device, or as a /PD model, which acts as the final PoE unit in the chain and does not pass through the PoE, providing maximum flexibility for all design scenarios. The compact tube design allows for direct installation within conduit or other small enclosures. A mini size unit is also available for surface mounting, or DIN rail mounting with use of the sold- separately DINBKT4 adaptor

The ComNet™ FVT/FVR40D4SFP series optical video link provides transmission of four 10-bit medium-haul quality digital video channels and four bi-directional data channels through a selectable small form factor pluggable module (SFP). The data channels support RS232, RS422 and 2 wire and 4 wire RS485. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation and no electrical or optical adjustments are ever required.

The ComNet FVT412M1 and FVR412M1 transmit four (4) channels of video utilizing state of the art digital encoding and decoding for high-quality video transmission, along with two (2) channels of bi-directional data over one multi-mode optical fiber. This equipment is environmentally hardened and suitable for use in unconditioned roadside or out-of plant installations. The FVT/FVR412 is compatible with NTSC, PAL and SECAM video transmission protocols and supports bi-directional RS232, 422 and RS485 (2 & 4 Wire) data. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation and no electrical or optical adjustments are required.
