The TSItouch solution is Infrared based, allowing for a high accuracy interactive experience. The usage of Infrared technology allows for virtually any input to be detected (pen/stylus, user's fingers, palms, gloved fingers). The TSItouch solution is a cold rolled steel chassis integrated with tempered cover glass, which increases durability and optical clarity, while protecting the display.

LG's line of projected capacitive (PCAP) touch interface are engineered specifically for our high quality commercial grade displays. PCAP technology allows for a seamless flat front bezel, creating a sleek design that does not sacrifice on durability. The flat front bezel design can easily be wiped clean, eliminating dust and dirt collection, which helps extend the use of the display and enhances the touch experience. The thermoplastic seal between bezel and glass eliminates the possibility of any bacterial harborage on the unit.
