The 1717L zero-bezel touchmonitor is built to withstand the rigors of continuous public use with a rugged, "built for touch" industrial design. It delivers style and performance with a wide variety of features for a higher level of functionality. It is well suited for public venues where point-of-sale (POS), point-of-information (POI), point-of-service, shelf-level and countertop interactive digital signage, loyalty systems, kiosk information systems are found.

The optional 3-track magnetic stripe reader (MSR), programmable to either HID or Keyboard Emulation, is easily installed by the user, providing an elegant, integrated solution and eliminating the need for external brackets or attachments. The 1717L features two leading zero-bezel touch touchscreen technologies for a smooth, easy-clean surface: AccuTouch five-wire resistive technology, the most widely used for retail applications and proven to survive splashing liquids, food and grease; iTouch pure-glass surface wave technology, for the ultimate in optical quality for dry retail and hospitality applications.

It packs Elo quality and reliability into a integrated, affordable touchmonitor with a footprint smaller than a standard 15" display. This cost and space-saving touchmonitor is "designed for touch"- the technology is built into the 1515L from the ground up and not added as an afterthought by altering the original monitor. It includes a stable base, with controls that are placed on the side rather than the front and are locked-out for public use. The 1515L can function as a desktop or wall-mounted unit and includes a VESA mounting option. The Elo 1991L 19-inch open-frame LCD touchscreen features a slim design and narrow outside dimensions due to the state-of-the-art, energy-saving LED backlight, using less electricity to operate and generating less heat. This compact display is designed for touch, with proven Elo expertise and reliability built in. The 1991L provides stable, drift-free operation with outstanding image clarity and light transmission-for accurate touch responses and vivid images. Featuring a brilliant wide viewing angle panel, the open-frame touchscreen instantly grabs and holds the users' attention for kiosks, casino and amusement, retail self-service, and industrial automation environments.

The touchscreen is sealed against dirt, dust and liquids, which simplifies integration into the final enclosure. Projected capacitive (PCAP) units can be sealed into a solution and obtain an IP65 rating on the front side of the unit. With the design and tooling being controlled by Elo, long-lasting product availability can be expected as well as backwards compatibility where we can make it possible to help minimize additional enclosure costs.
