Phone Expansion Modules

Call coverage is a critical capability for administrative assistants and others who must monitor, manage, and cover the status of calls. This capability requires the ability to instantly determine the status of numerous lines beyond those of the Cisco® Unified IP Phone 9971, 9951, and 8961 models.

The Cisco Unified IP Color Key Expansion Module extends the capabilities of the Cisco Unified IP Phone 9971, 9951, and 8961 models with additional buttons and a color LCD display. This key expansion module adds 18 physical keys with access to 18 additional keys through the page keys for a total of 36 additional keys. You can connect up to three Cisco Unified IP Color Key Expansion Modules to the Cisco Unified IP Phone 9971, up to two key expansion modules to the Cisco Unified IP Phone 9951, and one key expansion module to the Cisco Unified IP Phone 8961.

The Cisco Unified IP Color Key Expansion Module connects to the Cisco Unified IP Phone 9971, 9951, and 8961 models directly in the traditional side-by-side fashion.

The Cisco Unified IP Color Key Expansion Module comes with a foot stand and all necessary hardware to connect it directly to the base device.

The key expansion module also articulates in the same manner as that of the Cisco Unified IP Phones it connects to, allowing you to match the same articulation angle.

Each phone can support up to 3 EXP50s, adding 180 additional programmable keys with presence LED for multiple features,and making the EXP50 an ideal solution for receptionists, administrative assistants or employees of contact center to monitor contacts and manage a large volume of calls with ease.

Plug-and-play, customise your voice communication experience

By connecting the EXP50 to a compatible Yealink Teams phone, the module support showing up to 20 contacts on each page for speed dialing or call transfer, while the status of the contacts are synchronized and presented with the color of the presence LED.

When connected to Yealink T5 series SIP phone, the provided multifunctional line keys can be set as BLF, speed dial, call forward, transfer, call park, call pickup, etc.

The Yealink EXP43 Color Expansion Module for Yealink T43U/T46U/T48U IP phones, is designed to expand the functional capability of your SIP phone to a whole new level. It features a large 4.3-inch color-screen LCD, giving you a vivid visual experience. In addition, it provides you with a simple user interface and advanced call handling capabilities. For example, three pages of 20 flexible button shown on the display can be programmed up to 60 various features. The functionality of Yealink T43U/T46U/T48U IP phones will also be extended by the EXP43, you can set the provided multifunctional line keys as BLF, speed dial, call forward, transfer, call park, call pickup, etc. The Yealink EXP43 Color Expansion Module is an ideal solution for receptionists, administrative assistants and contact center workers and gives you the ability to monitor contacts and manage a large volume of calls with ease.
