It also supports HDR, providing a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks that pop on your 4K display. HDCP 2.2 compliance allows you to stream 4K Amazon and Netflix content with no complications. This adapter also supports 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor.

Three USB-A ports accept USB peripherals, such as a flash drive, mouse and keyboard, and share up to 5V 1.6A (8W) for charging and powering mobile devices (one port supports 7.5W max charging on its own). It transfers data at speeds up to 5 Gbps, which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0. The port is backward compatible with previous USB generations, so you can continue using older peripherals while getting high-speed performance from new devices. PD 3.0 Charging Port Charges High-Powered Devices via AC Wall Charger
The USB-C Power Delivery port provides power output up to 20V 5A (100W), which is more than sufficient for charging and powering the connected source device, such as a MacBook or Chromebook. Connect the port to the device's AC wall charger. Like the USB-A ports, the USB-C port also supports data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps. Note: USB-C PD port does not support Quick Charge (QC).
