Staple and offset output into an up to 300-sheet output bin

Features

The Inline Staple Finisher supports stapling of various plain, recycled or bond papers in A4, Folio, Legal, Letter and Oficio sizes into an up to 300-sheet output bin.

Stapling of sets of up to 50 sheets of paper is supported with 1-position stapling (upper left corner) and offset stacking (20 mm or 0.79").

Offset stacking is supported for bond papers in A4, A5 (long edge fed), Executive, Folio, JIS B5, Legal, Letter and Oficio sizes.

Output bin full and output bin empty sensing is supported.

Staple up to 20 sheets of paper with this electric stapler that attaches to your multifunction product (MFP).

When the LED on the convenience stapler is blue, it's ready to staple up to 20 sheets of 90 gsm (24 lb) paper. There's one staple position in the corner, which staples at an angle. If the LED is off, the convenience stapler is probably in sleep mode; it will wake up once you insert a stack of papers to staple.

The convenience stapler is designed to be installed by customers - no tools required. It has its own power cable so that it doesn't get power from the MFP, and it comes with 1,000 staples.

This unit supports A4, A5, A6, Executive, Folio, JIS B5, Letter, Legal, Oficio and Statement sizes. Paper (16 to 47 lb., 60 to 176 gsm), transparencies, card stock and labels may be used from this tray. Envelopes in sizes 7?, 9, 10, B5, C5 and DL may also be used from this tray. Paper size, paper and tray-present and tray-low and tray-empty sensing are supported.
