The Rack Solutions Universal Server Rack Rails come in either 1U, 2U or 3U+ sizes, with weight capacities of 45, 75 and 200 pounds, respectively. The universal rails are designed to replace OEM rails included with Apple, HP, IBM and Dell server racks, providing a flexible solution for damaged server rack rails or OEM slide rails. The product is designed to support a variety of server racks, and is compatible with setups requiring standard square, rounded and threaded holes. To further its compatibility with various different devices and server racks, the rail rack supports mounting depths between zero and 31.75 inches. The server rack rail ships with a variety of complementary items and hardware to make assembly, installation and cable management easier. Hardware items include screws, cage-nuts and nuts for all rack types. A cable management bar is also included to assist with routing, and hook-and-loop strips come included to keep cords secure. Overall, the all-purpose, zinc plated, fixed Universal Server Rack Rails can meet the needs of a variety of server installation solutions, allowing data centers to replace their OEM rails with a high-quality, reliable system.

31" Universal Rackmount Rails are designed for deep Server Racks. These Rackmount Rails can be installed into racks with square, round, or threaded holes. Rack Mount Equipment weighing up to 200 lbs (90.7 kgs) can be installed using Rackmount Rails. The Rackmount Rail is 30.6" (777 mm) deep and can be installed into Server Racks with installation depths up to 39.5" (1003 mm). Adjustable Rack Rails and Square Hole Mounting The rail kit depth is fully adjustable from 10"-31.75" (254mm-806mm) all by loosening the screws and nuts. The rail kit is made from 18 GA steel and is zinc plated. The RackSolutions Universal rail kits are square hole to allow for the rails to be compatible with round, square or threaded hole racks.

Tool-less rack rails can be installed into racks with square holes. Rackmount equipment weighing up to 200 lbs (90.7 kgs) can be installed using a tool-less rack rail. The rack rail is 27.87" (708 mm) deep and can be installed into server racks with installation depths from 28 - 30" (711 - 762 mm) and supports equipment up to 35" (889 mm). The tool-less rack rail is primarily for 4Post racks, but it can be installed in other 2Post configurations as well with the addition of 2Post conversion kits. Center mount installations require 2POST-2UKIT and flush mount installations require 4UKIT-003

With up to a 200lb load capacity, can handle everything from switches and patch panels to heavy servers. Any equipment mounted horizontally must be attached with two brackets so that there are four areas of support. RackSolutions 3U 2 Post Relay Rack Shelf has depth of 29 inches (737 mm) and a 300 pound (136 kgs) weight capacity, making it a perfect for solution for mounting large heavy networking IT equipment in a 2Post rack.
