The ComNet FDC1 single-channel and FDC2 dual-channel modems are designed to detect and report a breakage or the loss of optical signal in either multimode or singlemode fiber plants. Featuring a self-contained transmitter and receiver, these units provide an optical output that is transmitted continuously through a customer-furnished fiber loop, where it returns to the internal receiver section. Should the optical path be lost through a deliberate or unintentional breakage of the fiber, relay contacts in the modem immediately change their state and report the loss of optical signal. These contacts are user-configurable as either normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), and may be utilized for either a local or remote indication of cable plant tampering, damage, or failure. The dual-channel version contains two independent transmitter and receiver units in one compact packag, and is ideal for continuously monitoring the optical status of two separate fiber loops.

The NetWave pre-configured point-to-point industrially hardened wireless Ethernet Transmission kit that allows Ethernet data to be transmitted between a Client remote location and the Access Point or head end. The NWK1 and NWK2 support up to 95 Mbps throughput due to MIMO technology. An easy to read LED array displays unit operational status along with received signal strength ensuring optimal installation and operation. The units can be powered by an IEEE 802.3af PoE compliant device or through the supplied power injection module. The NWK1 is FCC certified for use in North America and the NWK2 is ETSI, DFS and TPC certified for use in the European Union. Each kit contains two passive power injectors, power supplies and mounting hardware.

The NetWave® NWK9[E] ultra-high throughput, impact-resistant hardened wireless Ethernet transmission kit comes preconfigured with one Client and one Access Point. This single radio model was designed for high throughput point-to-point applications and comes with an integrated 19dBi, 17? beamwidth antenna. The NWK9[E] supports up to 500 Mbps throughput using 802.11ac MIMO technology. The units can be powered by an 802.3af/at PoE compliant device or through a soldseparately PoE injector with the second Ethernet port serving as an IEEE802.3at power source. The NWK9 is FCC certified for use in North America and the NWK9E is ETSI, DFS and TPC certified for use in the European Union.

Solar Power Ethernet Kit for Remote Locations 15 Watts Continuous Power System with 6 Hours of Peak Sunlight

The NetWave NWKSP1 Solar off the grid power system is designed for applications where a remote camera or wireless repeater is needed but power is not available or the cost to run power is too expensive. NetWave Solar is a complete system for providing remote power to edge communications equipment. The kit includes a high quality photovoltaic solar panel, valve-regulated lead-acid battery, outdoor enclosure, solar charge controller, PoE midspan injector and mounting hardware. The steel outdoor enclosure has a gasket hinged lid with two tamper proof locks operated by a special key for high security. The enclosure and solar panel can be mounted on a two to four inch pole or wall mounted with the included mounting hardware. The included 30A solar charge controller supports an LCD screen for local diagnostics and system health monitoring, Intelligent PWM charging mode and battery protection from overcharge and over discharge while the battery provides outstanding deep cycle and cold weather performance.
