Fluke 721 Precision Pressure Calibrator provides pressure calibration and temperature measurement for custody transfer applications

The Fluke 721 Precision Pressure Calibrator is the ideal tool for gas custody transfer applications. It features dual isolated pressure sensors to allow you to take simultaneous static and differential pressure measurements with a single tool. And it can be configured by selecting either a 16 psi (1.1 bar) or 36 psi (2.48 bar) low pressure sensor then adding any of seven high pressure ranges: 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 3000 or 5000 psi (6.9, 20, 24.5, 69, 103.4, 200, 345 bar).

Other useful features:

• Measures up to 30 V DC, checks 24 V loop power supplies
• Extends pressure measurement range with connection to external750P

The Fluke 724 is powerful yet easy-to-use temperature calibrator that sources and measures 10 thermocouple types, and 7 RTD types, plus volts and ohms. It also measures mA while simultaneously supplying loop power to the transmitter. Use it to test and calibrate almost any temperature instrument, so you only need one tool to expertly test all the temperature sensors and transmitters in your plant.

The Fluke 724 even handles high-speed pulsed RTD circuits and provides loop power. The dual-line measure/source display lets you source temperature and view loop current at the same time. The 725Ex is an intrinsically safe multifunction process calibrator for use in explosion endangered areas. It is powerful, yet easy to use. Combine the 725EX with any of the eight Fluke 750PEx Pressure Modules (sold separately), and you'll be able to calibrate almost any process instrument likely to need service in an area where explosive gasses may be present.

The 725EX sources and measures almost all process parameters including mA, volts, temperature (RTDs and thermocouples), frequency, ohms, and pressure, using optional pressure modules. Its split display lets you view input and output values simultaneously to calibrate transmitters. For valve and I/P tests, you can source mA while measuring pressure. The 725Ex has auto-stepping and auto-ramping for remote testing, plus 25% stepping for fast linearity tests.

Versatile troubleshooting tool

Power transmitters during test using the loop supply with simultaneous mA measurement so you can test a transmitter out of circuit and better isolate problems. The 725 can also test a variety of fast pulsed RTD transmitters and PLCs (Programmable logic controllers), with pulses as short as 10 ms.

Source mA with simultaneous pressure measurement to conduct valve and I/P (Input current/Output pressure) tests in a single device.
