Indala Proximity

All HID^™ Indala 125 kHz Proximity Cards feature FlexSecur^® technology, which provides an added level of access control system security through a verification process at the reader. Unique to the HID^™ Indala product line, FlexSecur^® screens out unauthorized cards prior to sending card data to the host system. The Indala Credentials are available in a wide variety of styles suitable for every application. Indala Credentials are compatible with all Indala readers and can be easily encoded with the Indala ProxSmith^® Programmer and toolkit. Plus the passive, no-battery design of HID^™ Indala proximity cards allows for an infinite number of reads and is warranted against defects in material and workmanship.

The family of pcProx proximity card readers eliminates the need for manual entry providing error-free identification. pcProx is compatible with over 300 million physical access proximity cards. This reader allows users to use their building access card for other forms of identification and security throughout their workplace. This product is available either embedded in a keyboard or the standard wedge type housing. The plug-n-play reader comes with flash memory, allowing the user to quickly configure the output to meet the user's needs.

MIFARE Classic Family

MIFARE Classic is the pioneer in contactless smart ticket ICs operating in the 13.56 MHZ frequency range with read/write capability and ISO 14443 compliance.

It started the contactless revolution by paving the way for numerous applications in public transport, access management, employee cards and on campuses.

Following the broad acceptance of contactless ticketing solutions and extraordinary success of the MIFARE Classic product family, application requirements and security needs constantly increased. Therefore, we do not recommend to use MIFARE Classic in security relevant applications anymore. This led to the development of two high security product families MIFARE Plus and MIFARE DESFire and to the development of the limited use/high volume IC family MIFARE Ultralight

MIFARE Classic EV1

MIFARE Classic EV1 represents the highest evolution of the MIFARE Classic product family and succeeds all previous versions. It is available in a 1K and in a 4K memory version, serving different application needs.

Application Flexibility

The readers are specifically designed for applications such as kiosks, time & attendance, point of sale, hoteling, meeting attendance, as well as others which require special mounting versatility. These readers mount easily with two screws and fi t in a single-gang electrical box. They incorporate all the functionality of the standard desktop readers and are ideal for specialized card and badge reading locations.

Variety of Formats

In addition to the Surface Mount housing (shown), readers are available in a standard desktop format, USB Dongle, PCMCIA, Express Card, embedded keyboard, and OEM form factors. Using the optional rf IDEAS Software Developer's Kit (SDK), the WAVE ID 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz families can be easily integrated with most applications.
