The ComNet™ FVT/FVR10D1A2C1 video transmitter/data transceiver and video receiver/data transceiver series utilize 10-bit digital encoding and decoding for highquality video transmission that meets the requirements of EIA RS-250C for short-haul video transmission. These environmentally hardened units provide transmission of one independent video channel and one bi-directional data channel over one optical fiber and are ideal for use in unconditioned roadside or out-of-plant installations. They also provide transmission of two bi-directional audio signals and one bi-directional contact closure over the same fiber. The modules use 24-bit 96kHz sample rate digital encoding for superior transmission of balanced line-level audio. It also supports "up-the-coax" data transmission from all major manufacturers. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation and no electrical or optical adjustments are ever required.

The ComNet FVT/FVR320 series video transmitter and video receiver utilize 10-bit digital encoding and decoding for high-quality video transmission that exceeds the requirements of EIA RS-250C for short-haul video transmission. These environmentally hardened units provide transmission of 32 independent video channels over one optical fiber and are ideal for use in unconditioned roadside or out-of-plant installations. These units are completely transparent to and universally compatible with any NTSC, PAL, or SECAM CCTV camera systems. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation and no electrical or optical adjustments are ever required. Bi-color (Red/Green) LED indicators are provided for rapidly ascertaining equipment operating status.

The ComNet™ FVR4C4B Video and Contact Closure Receiver unit supports four independent channels of video and four independent dry contact closures over four separate optical fibers. The FVT1C1B-M video mini-transmitter supports transmission of a fixed video and a contact closure signal using an 8-bit digitally encoded signal on one multimode or single mode fiber optic cable. State-of-the-art 8-bit digital decoding is utilized for the four video channels. The contact closure channels may be used with triggered-event CCTV camera systems, or other applications such as access controlled gates, doors, or other equipment requiring remote actuation and control. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation, and no electrical or optical adjustments are ever required. Bi-color (Red/Green) LED indicators are provided for rapidly ascertaining equipment operating status. Packaged in the exclusive ComNet ComFit housing, these units may be either surface or shelf-mounted, or may be DIN-rail mounted by the addition of ComNet model DINBKT1 adaptor plate. Additionally the FVR4C4BS4 may be rack-mounted in ComNet Model C1 or C2 card cages.

The ComNet™ FVT/FVR1010SHR series of optical video links provides 10-bit digital video, 6.5 Mhz bandwidth, medium haul video quality, one bi-directional data channel and a "Dual Optical Port" (DOP) Self-Healing Ring (SHR) topology. Up to (8) video transmitters and multiple video receivers can be "Daisy Chained" on one optical fiber.
The Self-Healing Ring (SHR) topology using the Dual Optical Ports (DOP) provide fail safe operation in the event of loss of one fiber or one optical module. Each optical port uses wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) to both transmit and receive on one optical fiber. The data channel supports RS232, RS422 and 2 wire and 4 wire RS485. Plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation and no electrical or optical adjustments are ever required. Bi-color (Red/Green) LED indicators are provided for confirming operating status.
