The ComNet CopperLine CLFE4+1SMS[POE](C,U) is a five-port Ethernet switch with uplink management functionality and provides 4 copper ports operating at 10/100Mbps and is designed to combine four electrical ports into a single electrical Cat5, UTP, or Coax CopperLine port that forwards this data to the next network device. There is no programming required to use this product. The ComNet CLFE4+1SMS comes pre-programmed, preventing network video flooding with DIP switch selection of the fifth electrical port as uplink or as an unmanaged switch. Ports 1-4 of the CLFE4+1SMSPOE can supply up to thirty (30) watts of Power over Ethernet (PoE) and incorporate PoE+ features based on the IEEE 802.3at standard. It is "Plug-and-Play".

The ComNet CNGE4+2SMS[POE][HO]/M is a six port intelligent switch with light management functionality. It provides four 10/100/1000Base-T(X) copper ports and two 100/1000Base-FX SFP ports. The CNGE4+2SMS[POE][HO]/M provides exclusive functionality for easy field deployment including DIP switch based operation of RSTP for creating redundant network topologies as well as preventing network video flooding of multicast traffic using IGMP snooping. Ports 1 through 4 can optionally supply up to thirty (30) watts of power per port based on the IEEE 802.3at standard. An optional High Output (HO) version is also available that can supply up to sixty (60) watts of PoE from ports 1 through 4. This product is fully compatible with the ComNet exclusive CopperLine® SFP modules for operation over extended distance UTP or Coax cable. The ComNet exclusive Port Guardian feature provides additional cyber security protection by enabling physical port lockout in the event that an existing cable is disconnected and prevents a potential network incursion using common spoofing techniques. The intrusion event is reported back to the operator using SNMP.

ComNet product series RL1000GW are substation-rated and industrially hardened layer 3 router/ gateways, with a unique and highly robust packet processing SCADA-aware security firewall for the most mission-critical and demanding cyber-security applications. The RL1000GW is intended for deployment in environments where high levels of electromagnetic noise and interference (EMI) and severe voltage transients and surges are routinely encountered, such as electrical utility substations and switchyards, heavy manufacturing facilities, trackside electronic equipment, and other difficult out-of-plant installations. Layer 3 routing functionality allows for the participation and foundation of a core network infrastructure. The ComNet CNFE3FX1TX2C/M series is an industrially hardened three-port intelligent switch with light management functionality and an integrated contact closure server. The 100BASE-FX port supports conventional CAT-5e/CAT-6 copper or optical transmission media by selection of the appropriate ComNet SFP* module. A summary fault alarm provides indication via a form c relay in the event of loss of optical link or operating power. The 10/100BASE-TX ports support both auto-negotiation and automatic MDI/MDI-X crossover for full and half-duplex operation; manual MDI/MDI-X switching is not required. The integrated contact closure server is available with 4 or 8 channels and supports individual user selectable wet or dry inputs. Form A relay outputs feature individual user selection of normally open or normally closed operation via the built-in web GUI. The contact server supports 4 modes of operation including one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one and stand-alone.

The internal/self-contained 9 to 36 VDC or 24 VAC power supply features redundant power inputs, for the highest possible reliability. The ComNet CNGE24FX12TX12MS[POE] has twelve 100/1000Base-FX SFP ports and twelve 10/100/1000Base-TX ports. Two of the SFP ports support 2.5 Gbps SFPs for high speed communication in bandwidth intensive applications. All SFP ports utilize ComNet SFP modules for fiber and connector type and distance. The IEEE802.3-compliant unit offers multiple Ethernet redundancy protocols (MSTP/RSTP/STP/ERPS (G.8032)) which protect your applications from network interruptions or temporary malfunctions by redirecting transmission within the network. The switch provides advanced IP-based management that can limit the maximum bandwidth for each connected IP device, allowing the user to adjust usage. The CNGE24FX12TX12MSPOE models provide twelve electrical ports supporting up to thirty watts of power. All PoE ports are IEEE 802.3at compliant. Each model is provided with redundant power inputs which can be either one mains voltage and two low voltage DC inputs or two low voltage DC inputs.

The ComNet™ CNGE8FX4TX4MS Managed Ethernet Switch provides transmission of (4) 100/1000 BASE-TX and (4) 10/100/1000FX combo ports. Unlike most Ethernet switches, these environmentally hardened units are designed for deployment in difficult operating environments, and are available for use with either conventional CAT-5e copper or optical transmission media. Ports 1 - 4 support the 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet IEEE 802.3 protocol, and auto-negotiating and auto-MDI/MDIX features are provided for simplicity and ease of installation. Ports 5 - 8 are 10/100/1000 configurable for copper or 100/1000 fiber media for use with multimode or single mode optical fiber without need for configuration, selected by optional SFP modules. Designed to the requirements of IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613 Class 2, EN50155, and NEMA TS-1/TS-2, it is intended for deployment in environments where high levels of electromagnetic noise and interference (EMI) and severe voltage transients and surges are routinely encountered, such as electrical utility substations and switchyards, heavy manufacturing facilities, trackside and roadside electronic equipment, and other difficult out-of-plant applications.
