The Vertiv Liebert MBC 20KVA (VMBC-20KMVRT4U) is a maintenance bypass cabinet with power output distribution. Designed for Vertiv Liebert GXT5 15-20kVA and the APS 1/2/5/6 uninterruptible power supply (UPS) models, it is an accessory that allows you to perform UPS maintenance and/or replacement without power interruption to the connected load. It has three (3) L14-30R outlets, space for an optional PD2 POD, and has an input/output terminal block for hardwiring of the AC input source and output (if needed). It includes simplified intra/inter-rack connections and has a 5-year warranty.

The MicroPod MP2-120C is designed for the Vertiv Liebert GXT and Vertiv Liebert PSI UPS 3kVA models and below, but is compatible with other UPS brands as well. It comes with brackets for easy rack mounting and is equipped with three NEMA 5-20P input connectors. The MicroPOD has eight NEMA 5-20R output connectors and is available at 120V and supports a max current of 16A.

Switching Between Normal and Bypass Modes Is Easy
When a UPS needs maintenance, this UPS bypass panel keeps power supplied to components via its mechanical interlock system by switching power to the external bypass breaker. Simply unscrew the interlock switch, rotate the switch from the UPS AC input breaker (SW1) to the bypass breaker (SW2), then turn on the bypass breaker and turn off the UPS and isolation breaker (SW3) to perform UPS maintenance without service interruption.
